When making tea, the act of purifying the chashaku, which scoops matcha, is done by wiping it with fukusa.
[1] Hold the teacup with your left hand, pick up the chakin with your right hand, and put the chakin into the center of the teacup with the fukudame facing you.
[2] Place your right hand in the middle of the teacup and pick up the swollen part in front of the teacloth with your thumb in front of you. Hang the tea cloth.
[3] Hold the tea cloth with your thumb facing inward, divide it into three parts, and wipe it with a big turn so that you can wipe the tea bowl once.
[4] The third time, the front of the bowl returns to its original position.
[5] After wiping, pull out the tea cloth diagonally to the front while keeping the right hand holding the tea cloth as it is.
[6] Place the chakin in the middle of the bowl with your thumb facing down.
[7] Pinch the center of the tea cloth from above and wipe the inside of the tea bowl so that you can write the character "ゆ" in hiragana.
[8] Lay the chakin on its side and place it in the center of the tea bowl.
