You can make this small adorable sweets in traditional wooden mold made by craftsman who certificated by Japanese government. We using Wasanbon sugar for dried sweets making. It is the best and high quality sugar and producted at Kagawa prefecture in Shikoku Island. Also you can make [Matcha] is used in traditional tea ceremony,and you will be learned details about tea ceremony and tradition in JAPAN by licensed teacher!

Wonderful morning, lovely people

We went to Meet Aya and her husband for a tea ceremony and making sweets. The whole experience was lovely. They are both so warm and welcoming and great with the kids. Aya knew it was our wedding anniversary and We were very touched when they presented us with a very thoughtful gift to celebrate our anniversary. It was a crane, turtle and pine needles sweets signs of longevity and good luck. Thank you!! Next time we’ll come for more cooking lessons!!!
